COVID-19 Policy

By booking a table with the restaurant all parties agree that they have not had symptoms for 2 weeks prior or come into contact with another party with symptoms.

Our restaurant is thoroughly deep cleaned and we a strict to all government procedures and guidelines.

When booking a table

When booking your table you must be aware that the restaurant reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time for any reasons. If you have pre-order and pre-paid for food for your booking and the restaurant cancels the booking, the restaurant will provide a full refund to the payment method.

During the current climate in the hospitality sector we are unable to estimate the number of tables we are allowed to operate in any one sitting. So all bookings are at complete discretion of the restaurant.

If the restaurant does need to cancel your booking you will be notified via email or by phone 48 hours after your booking was made. If the restaurant needs to cancel a same-day booking, you will be notified within a few hours of the booking.

Cancelling a booking

When cancelling a booking the customer must give the restaurant 24 hours notice prior to the booking taking place. If the customer has pre-ordered and pre-paid for food and abides to the notice period of 24 hours, a full refund will be made direct to the payment method used.

If the restaurants 24 hour notice isn’t followed and the customer has pre-ordered and pre-paid for food, a refund will be at the complete discretion of the restaurant.
